GAME DAY SCHEDULE
- 6:15-7:00 a.m. Walk-up registration and check-in for pre-registered marchers
- 7:00-8:30 a.m. M2AB rehearsal alone
- 8:45-9:15 a.m. M2/M2AB rehearsal together
- 9:15-9:45 a.m. M2AB business meeting
- 10:00 a.m. Set up parade block on the east side of Hearnes

PARKING and SHUTTLE
Parking near the stadium, Hearnes Center and the practice field (southeast of Hearnes on the road to the university president’s house) is nearly impossible to do unless you’re a season ticket holder or a donor to the Tiger Scholarship Fund.
The closest parking garage is Parking Structure #7 on Hospital Drive across the street from University Hospital. Parking fee there is $30. Due to the lack of affordable parking near the stadium, M2AB will offer a FREE shuttle for marchers and their families from the west side of the Virginia Avenue Garage directly to the practice field. The shuttle will run on a continuous loop beginning at 5:30 a.m. with departures about every 20 minutes until the last run at 7:00 a.m. There is FREE parking in that garage. Do not park on the street in a metered spot as meters are enforced all day on Saturday. Any questions, contact Bill Moyes (573) 268-1086. THERE IS NO RETURN SHUTTLE AFTER THE GAME!!
Deadline for ordering game tickets was October 7.
Check-in will be at 6:15 a.m. at the practice field. For those who pre-register, simply pick up your nametag, football tickets, and Alumni Band polo shirt, if you don’t have one from previous years. We’ll also provide fruit, water, drinks, and snacks at the registration tent. If you do not pre-register, you will need to sign up and pay appropriate fees that day. A walk up registration fee of $5 is assessed to each member who registers after online registration closed on October 13. Limited numbers of large instruments (ONLY sousaphones, baritones, mellophones, drums) and flags will be available to borrow that day. You will need to bring your own mouthpiece or drumsticks if using a University instrument.
Rehearsal will be at the M2 band field southeast of the Hearnes Center. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted during rehearsal and children are not allowed on the field during our performance at the stadium.
LUNCH and BUSINESS MEETING
The business meeting will be held at the practice field before the game (weather permitting). After everyone has food, we meet to review the weekend, discuss plans, and elect board members for 2018.
THE EQUIPMENT TRUCK
One of our greatest additions to the Homecoming experience is our equipment truck. The truck will be available as a place you can store your instrument cases and small personal items at the start of rehearsal so that they will be available near the stadium after our pregame performance. The truck will be secured throughout the game as well, giving your instrument a safe home until the end of the game. University-owned instruments will also be returned here after pregame.
